一個平凡但見功夫的小菜,柚皮炆得要夠淋而沒有苦澀味,獻汁不能搶味,蝦子味亦要夠濃(大榮華好像蝦子多些),誠如kc所講,此菜獻汁好薄,所以唔會食到一口'醬糊',好夠水準~~~~~~~~正正正.沙爹牛肉腸粉,我第一次試的菜,好得意,好'野'味,腸粉將多餘的醬汁給收,但牛肉好似'拿'口d,唔知係味用梳打粉'奄'過,所以我成日飲水.蝦仁炒蛋炒得好滑,完全唔見有焦,但份量太少la.咕嚕肉我諗係雪怡至愛,出手好快.狠.準,這味菜留比佢講.豉油雞好入味,但之前我係'水記'食左碗麵加炸雲吞,所以食得好少,不過d雞肉好滑,有肉味,唔似雪藏貨.最衰位太窄,環境算幾好,冇乜油煙味
