To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我都吃到唔怕太辣的好吃餐廳

話說去西貢，次次都係吃泰菜， 海南雞， fish & chips, 車仔麵， 好悶！ 今日試新野， 平時可以吃辛辣的程度只係慘仔既10小辣， 可以諗到果d麻辣火鍋， 水煮魚是吃不到的。 今次就黎這間試試， 看看可唔可以頂得住d辣， 1915 到，有幾枱人。 我最想吃既就係酸菜魚湯。 來到好入味， 酸菜好味， 魚片新鮮。 個鐵板牛肉有籽然粉既味， 不是太辣，送白飯一流。 跟住無啦啦叫炸雲吞。 先生大讚唔乾唔"火農", 入面係蝦仁。 最後叫個涼伴皮蛋細size, 嘩！ 原來是皮鵪鶉蛋。 真係未試過， 先生話ok!! 這間野唔錯， 有下次！！ 湖南菜其實都唔知吃咩先叫名菜，佢地應該tune過變得冇咁辣， 咁樣我地又有1個新地方可以黎。
