閒日放假就去咗尖沙咀搵嘢食,由於近年愛上咗印度料理🇮🇳,經外籍朋友介紹下,我同朋友就去咗位於寶勒巷PRAT四樓嘅「Tagline Restaurant and Bar」。我哋上到去先發現樓層面積唔大,不過第一個感覺就係呢度冇地舖嗰啲印度店咁大陣味,環境亦好企理,如西餐廳一樣👍。Cosy environment here.坐低冇耐,店員就為我哋送上餐牌同小食。店員仲話如果有興趣,佢哋呢度都有Calfit健康啲嘅選擇🥦。不過食得印度菜,就梗係要重口味先至啱數!Healthy options available.Roasted Papad(印度薄脆餅),呢度嘅薄餅有別於其他餐廳,因為真係脆㗎😍!有時食到嗰啲好韌,搞到我仲以為口味係咁😑。薄餅配以兩款醬,綠色嗰款帶有薄荷味、紅色嗰款就甜甜哋,而兩款嘅共通點就係都有少少辣。我仲懷疑薄餅本身都辣辣哋🤔。Crispy papad not found elsewhere, but Tagline. 總括嚟講,呢餐Tagline Lunch係我食過最高質嘅印度菜體驗💕,同樣係印度菜,但味道真係高幾班,絕對值得再次幫襯!😘店員非常友善,會同客人傾計、問吓意見,最後佢仲比咗啲香料乾果(Dried fruit & nut)我哋清口氣,好香兼能發揮效用。食咗咁多印度餐,第一次有咁嘅待遇,隔離枱客人仲教我哋,最正宗食法係放啲乾果粒落手板,然後啪落口嚼🖐。The best Indian dining experience for sure. 💕
