閒日放假就去咗尖沙咀搵嘢食,由於近年愛上咗印度料理🇮🇳,經外籍朋友介紹下,我同朋友就去咗位於寶勒巷PRAT四樓嘅「Tagline Restaurant and Bar」。我哋上到去先發現樓層面積唔大,不過第一個感覺就係呢度冇地舖嗰啲印度店咁大陣味,環境亦好企理,如西餐廳一樣👍。Cosy environment here.坐低冇耐,店員就為我哋送上餐牌同小食。店員仲話如果有興趣,佢哋呢度都有Calfit健康啲嘅選擇🥦。不過食得印度菜,就梗係要重口味先至啱數!Healthy options available.Roasted Papad(印度薄脆餅),呢度嘅薄餅有別於其他餐廳,因為真係脆㗎😍!有時食到嗰啲好韌,搞到我仲以為口味係咁😑。薄餅配以兩款醬,綠色嗰款帶有薄荷味、紅色嗰款就甜甜哋,而兩款嘅共通點就係都有少少辣。我仲懷疑薄餅本身都辣辣哋🤔。Crispy papad not found elsewhere, but Tagline. Butter Chicken(牛油雞)($128),未食過嘅人聽菜名有可能會以為係落咗牛油🤣。但其實依款咖哩係比其他款式用上更多蔬菜,例如蕃茄🍅同洋蔥等,面頭再加啲忌廉。呢度嘅牛油雞勁好食,每件去🐔骨雞都大大件;醬汁熱辣辣送上,已經加哂分,再者味道濃郁,但食到尾又唔會膩😋。同店員傾開計,佢問我哋個汁辣唔辣,老實講辣味都幾出🌶(利申食開BB辣),佢話呢度唔同出面會整到甜甜哋,因為咁先係正宗口味,果然正!Best butter chicken, spicy enough to demonstrate authentic recipe. Tender Boneless tandoori chicken as well.

Garlic Naan(蒜蓉烤餅)($24),🫓烤餅同樣出色,因為亦係新鮮滾熱辣出爐。烤餅一客有四塊,質感軟熟,除咗蒜蓉部份之外,烤餅唔會好似酥餅咁油,沾咖哩汁一流。Impressive hot and chewy naan perfect match with curry.

Truffle Chicken(松露雞包)($108),齋睇個英文唔知係乜,但睇埋個介紹就知佢係包(Bao)。嚟到就發現佢係一道Fusion菜🇨🇳,「包」係中式嗰種饅頭包,放餡嘅方法就好似刈包一般。🍄黑松露菇味好均勻咁滲入係雞肉粒中間,香味撲鼻。Fusion dish using Chinese Bao and truffle chicken.

Vegan New York Cheesecake紐約芝士蛋糕($60),呢個芝士蛋糕好特別🍰,質感軟綿,入口溶化,同平日食開好厚實嘅唔同。另一邊箱,賣相就似提拉米蘇Tiramisu,有幾層。旁邊就有忌廉同食用花🌸。雖然我鍾意食傳統嗰種多啲,但呢度嘅Cheesecake絕對值得一試。Special cheesecake worth a try.

Mango Lassi芒果奶昔($38)以及Fresh Lime Soda新鮮青檸梳打($34),🥤餐廳連飲品出品都好有誠意。芒果奶昔濃郁,芒果唔酸又夠甜,顏色好鮮艷🥭,而青檸梳打係我喺街飲之中,最真材實料,勁多檸檬渣、夠哂味,而唔係得一片。Refreshing taste for both drinks.

總括嚟講,呢餐Tagline Lunch係我食過最高質嘅印度菜體驗💕,同樣係印度菜,但味道真係高幾班,絕對值得再次幫襯!😘店員非常友善,會同客人傾計、問吓意見,最後佢仲比咗啲香料乾果(Dried fruit & nut)我哋清口氣,好香兼能發揮效用。食咗咁多印度餐,第一次有咁嘅待遇,隔離枱客人仲教我哋,最正宗食法係放啲乾果粒落手板,然後啪落口嚼🖐。The best Indian dining experience for sure. 💕
