To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係我樓下好近一間餐廳，其實同車仔麵好似都係揀送揀麵，特別之處係真係四川人開既一間麻辣燙。我不朽食開覺得佢okay主要係佢個湯底好獨特，非常香但唔會太濃烈或者太咸。配送我覺得蓮偶、娃娃菜、肥牛都好夾佢個麻辣燙。自己覺得麻辣燙(紅色個張紙抵食D)，藍色個張係酸辣粉揀一樣送已經30幾蚊。仲有佢D小菜係大部份都幾好味不過價錢多數都30幾蚊起跳一碟。平時夜晚呢間好多人企係到等外賣宵夜，佢個隻又辣又麻既野食幾適合宵夜買翻去食。我係帶過Fd去食過，佢話好食過譚仔，我自己覺得就佢係好食不過呢D都係見仁見智。利申:我算係間鋪老細個親戚，間唔中會俾人免單個隻，但我有嘗試客觀咁評論呢間餐廳架。
