呢間燉蛋最近報紙雜誌介紹得唔少,聲稱材料只係蛋白、牛奶、糖,唔會加水。雖然我平時係屋企整既燉蛋都係唔需要加水既,不過點都好,賣得$30一碗應該質素唔錯既,就試一試啦。燉蛋(熱)表面都算平滑,中間真係流心既,質感好似厚厚既牛奶漿咁,幾香幾滑,不過牛奶味唔係好濃;而唔流心嘅地方就好似普通燉蛋咁。不過唔知係唔係要做到流心既效果,最外層嘅燉蛋就老左少少,收左水亦唔係好滑。我就覺得其實流唔流心都唔重要,其實簡簡單單一碗燉蛋已經好好食。
