To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以往 Afternoon Tea 令人聯想起三層架,鹹甜點各佔半,仲要係賣相靚靚,精緻動人,女士們打卡放閃無難度。

Cheese Scone 比預期鬆化可口,塗上看似是 Clotted Cream sauce,但實際上是加入了Smoke Salmon ,令味道更具層次,而 Tomato Marmalade,少許酸度,又是另一種滋味。

6月份又是「父親節」的大日子,想同父親在晴朗的天空下把酒言歡,Ozone 的確是個好地方。
