To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一早帶肥髀去睇戲，趁戲院未開門，去食個快早餐，戲院旁最近嘅快餐店，入去見有餐牌同自助落單機（只限八達通）幾方便易用，自助出飛去櫃檯交單等食物！快餐雖然自助，餐牌都係電子嘅，環境又唔差，歐式簡潔裝修，淺木枱加金屬椅！唔知以為係咖啡店，光猛乾淨，櫃檯店員非常快手，5分鐘唔使就出齊攞走，搵張食客剛走嘅二人枱，張枱仲有上手食物，執枱阿姐好醒，一見我放低食物即刻殺到執乾淨！眉豆花生豬骨粥（$29）粥底綿，唔味精，有三款佐粥配料（青蔥、蒜茸、油炸鬼）可以選擇落唔落，我落了青蔥及油炸鬼，增加香味，眉豆淋、花生爽，增加粥嘅口感，豬骨唔肥！正！爽滑腸粉：我唔知有麻醬，份量仲要幾多，腸粉爽滑，夠熱，合格！熱檸茶：茶底唔夠濃，所以一般，好在檸檬唔澀！快餐都可以好舒服
