To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日夜晚，由於參加了電影中心晚上8點的event，所以早一日搵定附近有咩食，仲可以即刻用table map訂檯，非常方便。餐廳晚市開6:30，我沿著隱閉的樓梯(在M記旁邊，其實唔難搵)上到一樓，有一pair人已有等，直至老闆回來開門就入去了。店內座位著實不多，4人-6人檯幾張，2人檯也是2-3張而已。難怪餐廳下午打來confirm booking，因為booking以外的位子真的很少，入了等位的一pair，之後有walk-in客來，只剩門口一張二人檯，最後walk-in客都放棄左。小小的餐廳，想不到選擇卻很多!有小食、沙律、肉類主菜、意粉、飯、甜品，每個種類都有幾款選擇，讓有「選擇困難症」的我們大傷腦筋!最後揀了openrice很多人推薦的卡邦尼意粉和黑醋羅勒葉豬柳螺絲粉，再加錢配餐。先來的是餐湯和餐包，很有水準可能時間尚早，booking的客人都未到，所以菜即煮即上都很快。侍應知道我們是share來食，立刻找來兩隻小碟，十分體貼。認真說，卡邦尼意粉有D乾，好似無D人講到咁好食....... 反而黑醋羅勒葉豬柳螺絲粉好有驚喜秘製醬汁與豬扒味道很配，甜甜的好開胃。總評: 作為一
