最近都好興呢個食蒸海鮮,所以都同朋友試吓!最後去咗間特別D嘅,有蒸氣石鍋粥底嘅!多款生猛海產可以揀!一見到張枱就奇怪,點解放頂草帽係枱面!原來頂草帽係蒸氣石鍋個蓋!鍋蓋很重、很保溫,不過可以避免出現倒汗水!呢度嘅座位都好舒適、枱與枱之間都有一段距離,好寛闊!有圓枱也有卡位,如果人多仲可以有間房!食材嘅選擇有好多!清蒸海鮮、肉類、蔬菜、蒸飯、粥底......枱上面雖然放了很多調味料,但都冇機會用!因為食材已經夠新鮮及味道,本身已經係最好嘅調味料!唔知D海鮮及肉類要蒸幾耐唔緊要,個控制版寫得好清楚每樣要蒸嘅時間!但其實都唔需要操心,因為呢度係有專人服待嘅,只要你叫一叫D侍應,佢哋就會過來幫你蒸,蒸完又會自動走過來幫你夾起分好放係你面前!第一樣到嘅係我哋粥底嘅材料,南瓜同排骨!攞開頂草帽見到個石鍋真面目!係未開始食蒸海鮮之前,先準備蒸氣粥底!先放米!再放南瓜同排骨!未煮都覺得興奮,鍋底的米和排骨一定吸盡海鮮及肉汁嘅精華,而且煮上一段時間,一定好綿密!好期待!第一樣上塲嘅係......游水花竹蝦隻,大過我隻义!其實咁大隻嘅游水花竹蝦香港好少機會買到,就算買到每隻都要2、3百蚊!而已真係好新鮮生

因為係用魚湯煮嘅關係,吸盡海鮮及肉汁嘅精華,本身已經夠鮮味!再加上南瓜嘅甜味,同肉類嘅鮮甜!這鍋粥係由海鮮、肉類、蔬菜三樣嘅味道結合而成,真係鮮甜無比,最天然嘅味道,就算食到好飽都好想追食!而且煮咗一段時間,好綿密!

我哋亦叫咗一支白酒用嚟配海鮮,我支酒味道比較清淡,用來配海鮮好合適!一般來說Sauvignon Blanc我覺得會太酸,但這一支甜、酸與果味都很平衡!
