To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

許多次都在帝京軒飲茶，今次品嚐獅房菜的點心，經OpenRice訂座有8折添😉🔰自家XO醬蒸鳳爪(辣)折後$46.4，味道不錯，熱騰騰和肥嘟嘟的中型鳳爪🔰珍寶水晶鮮蝦餃(2件)折後$54.4，大粒，蝦爽，滿足🔰沙嗲玻璃魷魚(辣)折後$54.4，沙嗲香辣惹味，魷魚爽口🔰瑤柱鮮蝦菜苗餃(2件)折後$54.4，賣相已經打折扣，三文魚子跌到七零八落😅，加上三文魚子經高溫蒸煮後，味道一般，且帶有腥味🔰海膽玉帶子燒賣皇(2件)折後$54.4，燒賣和帶子味道正常，可惜又將海膽來蒸，不感好吃。其實燒賣蒸好後，後加海膽更好🔰蠔皇海參四寶扎(2件)折後$62.4，魚肚和海參都好食，吃掉最後一件四寶扎，肚子已飽，但都要試埋椰子糕😁🔰蝶豆水墨椰子糕(3 件)折後$46.4，香滑細緻，不太甜P.S. 以上折後的價錢，未計算原價加一和茶芥費
