To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家四口,叫咗幾個餐。海南雞飯: 飯凍嘅,雞都係雪到痴住一舊舊,要好大力先分得開。牛柳粒椰漿飯: 飯室溫,牛好韌,好難食。蝦片又係凍。肉骨茶: 叫做熱d,但唔係原煲煮,因為一上枱用手掂到個煲都無感覺。條油炸鬼又凍又油。自助點餐: 版面勁難睇,勁難㩒,食個飯都好用腦,其他餐廳都無佢咁差。餐牌核突: 好似小學生file咁,d膠掀到巢哂,印好啲唔得嘅。拎水拎碗乜叉都自助。原來”熱”好似咁基本嘅嘢,唔係度度做到,試過就知咩事
