又到星期五,第二朝又唔使返工,當然係諗吓有咩節目搞啦......同事話會同老公入去西貢食海鮮,問我地有冇興趣一齊去,於是放工去旺角執埋班長同妹妹就出發,結果雖然冇塞車,都要用咗35分鐘至入到去。在冇咩選擇之下,就咁選擇了洪記。星期五晚嘅西貢,唔特別多人,好易就搵到位,之後我地出去揀海鮮,同事老公同個老闆討價還價,又減加工費,又減海鮮價,勁呀......講返我地食嘅嘢:1. 白灼蝦 > 非常老,一上檯一望就知係over-cooked,都唔明點解咁簡單嘅嘢都可以搞成咁嘅,蝦殼表面已經白哂,離哂殼,肉裡面啲水已經走哂出嚟,搞到啲肉又老又乾。辣椒豉油應該一係就啲辣椒唔靚、又或者係佢地冇將佢煮過,一啲辣味都冇,失敗....2. 楊州炒飯 > 本來係落單時講明係最後至上,但係竟然係第二樣上枱,唯有又係同經理講,伙記唯有死死地氣拎返入廚房,最後再一次上枱,但係妹妹話好明顯係再炒過,因為飯粒表面啲油多咗。3. 蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝 > 雖然你見到佢表面係舖滿蒜蓉同蔥,但係其實一啲都唔香,粒元貝明顯過熟,好韌...4. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦 > 算做好啲嘅一道菜,夠香口,夠乾身,唔會油淋

講返我地食嘅嘢:

1. 白灼蝦 > 非常老,一上檯一望就知係over-cooked,都唔明點解咁簡單嘅嘢都可以搞成咁嘅,蝦殼表面已經白哂,離哂殼,肉裡面啲水已經走哂出嚟,搞到啲肉又老又乾。辣椒豉油應該一係就啲辣椒唔靚、又或者係佢地冇將佢煮過,一啲辣味都冇,失敗....

2. 楊州炒飯 > 本來係落單時講明係最後至上,但係竟然係第二樣上枱,唯有又係同經理講,伙記唯有死死地氣拎返入廚房,最後再一次上枱,但係妹妹話好明顯係再炒過,因為飯粒表面啲油多咗。

3. 蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝 > 雖然你見到佢表面係舖滿蒜蓉同蔥,但係其實一啲都唔香,粒元貝明顯過熟,好韌...

4. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦 > 算做好啲嘅一道菜,夠香口,夠乾身,唔會油淋淋

5. 清蒸老虎班 > 又係過咗火,豉油唔香,帶唔出魚嘅鮮味,都唔明點解個師傳日日都不知要蒸幾多條魚,但係竟然都會失手嘅,真係失敗中之失敗

6. 清蒸重皮蟹 > 一係就佢啲蟹唔靚,一係就唔係當造期、已近尾聲,雖然仍然見到層皮,但係明顯隻蟹應該係keep緊fit,如果唔係根本就冇理由得咁少膏,而且都係一樣-- over-cooked。

7. 蒜蓉炒菜心 > 啲菜好嫩,但係冇咩鑊氣

總評:服務態度強差人意,可以話係不升反降,仲差過以前。平均消費$220/人。食物就大部份都煮過籠,徒哂啲食物,其實海鮮本身冇咩調味料需要,烹調技巧亦冇乜,但係個廚子都竟然可以煮成咁....真係失敗中之失敗,以後去到西貢盡可能都唔好幫襯呢間,唔怪得呢間一向都係少啲人幫襯嗰一間啦.....
