鼎爺私房菜,全部都是手功菜,整體而言不錯中間是厚切叉燒,而旁邊是薄切叉燒,有兩種刀法,厚切叉燒比較有口感,肥瘦剛剛好。伴碟用上青瓜,也是顯示刀法的水準旁邊是鯪魚球沾上山東大米炸成蜆蚧米通,略嫌咸了點。奄仔蟹蟹羔較多,味道不錯椰皇湯用上兩個椰皇,其中一個椰皇先燉上個半鐘,blend 完加雞肉再煮,十分杰身,味道濃郁。魚十分鮮,又香排骨配上用欖角製成汁,十分入果卻又不會太咸,外層又很脆薄切冬瓜皮包着五樣菜,甘筍、冬菇和青瓜等,又特別又好吃菜湯好好味,可是菜煮得不夠𣺉乞兒雞,店員先用錘仔弄開,令人十分期待可是雞肉過𣺉,不好吃荷葉飯好正,飯軟硬適中仙翁西米帶有少少脆脆和有咬口,在香港買不到的。平時一人要$8xx,但最近經濟不景氣,所以有discount ,每人約$700
