之前有買過少爺啤,好多口味好特別。原來少爺啤仲開左餐廳。餐廳之前係大坑,而家搬左去銅鑼灣fashion walk, 室外室內位置都好chill。除左提供多款手工啤,仲有fusion菜式,好味又適合送酒!。PILSNER $48 淡淡地易入口。Hi-Juice $55 酒精度3%但充滿水果香味。大坑薯條 $88每一條都充滿孜然粉,再配埋辣椒乾同高菜,川式style薯條好特別。調味濃郁,送酒一流。。熱浪炸菇 $78用左秀珍菇配熱浪粉,真係有熱浪味,甜甜地,好食。。啫啫雞翼煲 $138醬料用左水牛醬,藍芝士同唐芹,獨特嘅配搭,辣辣地,可以試下。。蟹肉豆苗脆麵 $198好大碟,分量可以2-3人食。芡汁用左蟹肉、豆苗同生雞蛋,類似賽螃蟹。炸到脆卜卜嘅麵,配上茨汁,脆得黎又唔會太乾,多重口感。
