這間食handmade pasta 既Attic, 店舖座位不多,樓底高,環境舒服。假日的lunch set 都不貴,二百多就有餐湯,前菜,主菜,餐飲及甜品。餐湯是濃郁香甜粟米湯,還附上一籃烘得軟熟的麵包。前菜有開胃的黑醋元祖車厘茄沙律配水牛芝士及煎得香身的鱸魚配檸檬乳酪沙巴翁醬。主菜當然要選他們的手工意粉,手工意粉入口有蛋香,麵條煙韌,有咬口。卡邦尼手打意粉,意粉中混合了風乾面頰肉和煙肉,配上由芝士及蛋黃混合而成的卡邦尼汁,每條意粉都醬汁包著,好creamy.煙三魚,三文魚籽,大蒜忌廉手打意粉,賣相更吸引,忌廉汁加入大蒜去煮,食到淡淡蒜香味,另有大量三文魚籽及卷成花形的煙三魚配撘,味道更豐富。他們的甜品亦不錯,焙茶芝士蛋糕及伯爵茶意式奶凍都值得推介。奶凍食到奶香及伯爵茶的味道,入口柔軟順滑,奶凍面撒上玫瑰花瓣,增加一陣陣玫瑰花香氣。焙茶芝士蛋糕賣相不錯,蛋糕滑順,味道不會太甜太膩,食到陣陣茶香味。最後配上餐茶更完美。鍾意食蠔的朋友,餐廳有個Oyster Combo,$168 (6隻生蠔)送兩杯白酒,$298(12隻生蠔)送一支白酒,就更抵食啦。
