瀨粉相信好多人都應該有食過,係我印象中既瀨粉係透明色嘅,但呢間瀨粉店就主打手工瀨粉。叫咗韭菜豬紅同貢丸鵝腸瀨粉。韭菜豬紅 ($23) : 超大碗之剩價錢重好平,不過味道就普通咗少少。貢丸鵝腸瀨粉 ($42) : 叫咗酸辣湯底,不過味道唔夠濃郁 ; 貢丸就無咩特別普普通通,而鵝腸自己平時食開果啲都係爽口既,呢到啲鵝腸食落粉粉地有啲唔慣,而手工瀨粉原來係純白色既,食落有點似烏冬既感覺,不過自己比較喜歡食燒鵝瀨粉嗰隻透明瀨粉多啲。😝
