近年手工火鍋興起,每每湯底都好有驚喜,元朗最近開咗一間手工火鍋店,主打港式火鍋,最近仲做緊全單七折優惠都幾抵食。麻極手工火鍋店係一樓,要上一層樓梯,樓下都有好大個牌容易搵。店內坐位幾舒適,二人被安排坐梳化卡位。枱與枱中間有分隔,唔洗同前後檯你眼望我眼,私隱度夠高。我見有幾間VIP房可以包廂唱K,不過唔知幾錢先可book到房。湯底:胡椒酸菜豬肚魚鍋+麻辣鍋 $238湯底好大煲有睇頭,麻辣鍋辣味十足,我地揀咗少辣,好香花椒味,鍋入面配咗少少豆卜、木耳、芽菜、芫荽,索咗辣湯食好惹味。胡椒湯底略嫌鹹咗少少,所以一上檯我就畢起啲鹹酸菜費事越煮越鹹,豬肚份量都多不過熬得太耐偏軔,湯底都夠胡椒味,唔會好辣。自家製韮菜餃 $58$58一份有8粒大大粒,超抵食!皮薄餡多,韮菜味勁香,豬肉肥膏比例剛好所以豬油味都好突出,勁推薦!鹹蛋黃墨魚丸半份 $42$42得4粒,雖然偏貴但食得出係手工嘢。鹹蛋味香濃,唔會太鹹,係香口為主。墨魚丸係手打,丸裡面有墨魚肉碎,好彈牙。新鮮豬腰 $48又係抵食之選!平時街市一邊豬腰都要$10,又要洗又要浸。呢到$48一份,份量都唔少,而且完全無腥味,口感爽口,性價比極高。家鄉醃

好驚喜呢到竟然有呢款傳統潮州冷盤,出面好難搵到㗎!一盤大約有十粒,侍應話可以就咁食,如果怕腥就輕輕一灼。我地食慣就梗係就咁食啦!螄蚶用醬油醃過,有少少似韓國嘅醬油蟹,有蔥蒜香味,鹹鹹甜甜好啱餸酒。
