To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 手工烏冬就食得多,手工蕎麥麵係香港就好似少D,所以今次去試一試! 炮台山山宏安道個條術不嬲食市林立~雖然鋪頭小小,但十分整齊十分整潔~ 晚上七點幾去既時候,好彩未多人,好快就入坐~ 係厚切沖繩豬扒同炸蝦野菜天婦羅之中,選擇了炸蝦野菜天婦羅同手工蕎麥麵! 凍冰的冷麵汁,竹席上的蕎麥麵,黃金色的天婦羅整齊地放在我面前~ 天婦羅的外皮十分薄脆,毫無油膩感,虎蝦大隻又彈牙,一口接一口 日本南瓜、車厘茄及四季豆等蔬菜仍保留水份,十分清爽! 小店還有日式串燒,當然要叫串黎食下~ 外脆內軟的牛舌,品質真的十分好!加上檸檬汁,牛肉的油脂帶點酸咪咪的滋味~在我口中散開 期待下一次食咩好啦!
