江南瀨粉札根深水埗,主打手工瀨粉,每日新鮮製作,價錢都係走平民路線。南乳豬手瀨粉 $39★★★★☆黎呢到食野主角當然係佢個鮮製瀨粉,瀨粉比平時食開嘅唔同,粗幼條條唔同,較一般食開嘅粗身,所以都確定佢係鮮製。米香味有,咬落有少少彈性,偏向有口感有厚度嘅麵。但係份量大少,女仔食完都唔覺得飽。另外叫左酸辣湯底,睇落似加左D酸辣菜脯,但整體都夠味道,清清地反而食得到個瀨粉個味道。南乳豬手唔算炆得夠淋身,唔離骨,食落冇南乳味,似係滷水多啲,但都係唔夠入味。大大碗鮮製瀨粉 $55★★★★☆餸真係超多,每樣都有一件左右,蔬菜類會再多啲,有乾燒腩肉、魚皮餃、鳳城水餃、黃沙豬潤、雪花肥牛、潮州魚蛋、台灣貢丸、墨魚丸、黃金魚片、木耳絲、豆卜、生菜、腐皮,真係餸多過麵,而且佢瀨粉份量唔算多。鳳城水餃幾好食,大大粒夠飽滿多餡,有蝦又有木耳夠哂脆口;黃沙豬潤都唔錯,但可以再鮮嫩滑身啲。丸入面樣樣都係正常普通。呢個叫左清湯瀨粉,湯底雖然冇咩色,但飲落清得黎都夠咸味,飲得出有少少豬骨味,整體清清地幾好。🌟總括:瀨粉幾好食,鐘意食有口感嘅瀨粉一定要試試。餸方面正正常常,鳳城水餃幾唔錯。價錢唔貴,味道唔錯,但只係個麵份
