成日都同好友講要食正宗嘅拿玻里薄餅,今日終於付諸實行,去咗灣仔近銅鑼灣嘅一間意式餐廳食午餐。餐廳格局屬於酒吧+餐廳,分上下兩層,樓上今日有人包咗場,所以職員帶我哋入去樓下張高枱坐。地方唔算好大、昏黃嘅燈光,深啡色嘅實木枱,加幾個用霓虹光管做嘅圖案及字體,很有氛圍。食物方面,先來 Starters:Scallop Bacon Wrap 煙肉帶子串一口咬落去,首先嚐到芒果 topping 嘅甜,繼而係帶子嘅嫩滑質感,最後係煙肉嘅咸味。個人覚得個 topping比較甜,蓋過其他食物嘅味道。Antipasti Platter意式開胃併盤同好友各自將個pita pocket 切開,然後釀入半份煙三文魚、巴馬火腿、莎樂美腸、feta cheese,醃黃瓜,半個車厘茄,自己落手落腳好似製成另一個小食,食落特別好味 😋😅🤣。Margherita Pizza食拿玻里薄餅,首選梗係只用羅勒+水牛芝士+番茄醬製成嘅瑪嘉麗特。呢度有石磚焗爐,即叫即焗,餅底煙煙韌韌,餅邊香脆,好友覺得好食就得夠喇!飲品只係叫咗普通嘅凍檸茶同果汁,值得一提嘅係呢度嘅果汁原本只可以選一種味道,但個外籍侍應好好人,比我好友揀多一隻味
