今日嚟到尖沙咀搵咗間食主打手打烏冬呢間店舖主打手打烏冬有分扁烏冬同埋粗烏冬個人認為粗烏冬比較好味。今次揀咗佢哋季節限定嘅蕃茄湯烏冬配豚肉。佢哋係用瓦煲裝住,所以特別滾。而且湯底夠熱蕃茄味好出。另外嗰碗係佢哋嘅招牌嘅味道,湯底可口而濃郁,滿滿麵豉味,配上吉列豬扒,外脆內軟。
