To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日繼續到金鐘工作。接近兩小時的午飯時間確實令人懊惱去那裏可以坐得耐一點。同事就提議不如去飲茶。離遠已經看見名都酒家的招牌。二話不說就決定飲茶。雖然是午市時間。而且人又多，但酒樓的面積大。所以不用等位就可以坐下。我們被安排坐在小房子內。竟然！香港還有傳統的手推車點心。確實令我驚訝。而且姐姐還會叫賣。兒時回憶即時湧現。而且最驚喜的是。這裏有沙翁可以點。要知道，這種食物不是每一間酒樓都有。另外蘿蔔糕還有馬蹄糕亦很出色。
