今晚慶祝朋友生日去咗Times Square食中菜-麒藝館,店面裝修幾雅致新派,令人感覺舒服又唔會太拘謹。點了他出名的無花果黑叉燒,上枱賣相非常精緻有啲似西餐上碟,擺盤非常吸引,豬肉的確非常爽口,海鮮醬做得唔錯,帶甜嘅味道,毛花果醬中和了豬的油份,再加上旁邊一些魚子醬鹹香的點綴,香味都算幾吸引,可惜尺寸有啲細,食一碟都唔夠。無花果片皮雞二食,口感唔錯,雞皮做得香脆,放在法式包上面同吃,口感幾精緻,有點法國菜的感覺!二食叫了涼瓜炆雞,雞件走油得很嫩,加上涼瓜豆豉炆在一起,整個煲的味道都融合在一起,打開蓋香氣爆出來,加上雞油的確非常惹味!唐酒湯走花膠蟹肉蛋白,花膠非常美味又唔會太黏口,淋在面的汁做得非常清爽,蛋白非常彈牙和花膠口感十分配合,互相輝映 。醬油日山和牛肉鬆炒飯,有牛肉鬆,炒過的松子,秋葵有點日式的味道,可惜飯不夠乾身-可能秋葵的關係,醬油味道變得不夠突出。整體感覺算唔錯,價錢裝修都配合,其實好食嘅中餐真係好難,好要靠廚師嘅手藝,在銅鑼灣來說是物超所值,一定再嚟幫襯!
