正宗的lasagna,頂層芝士焗到硬脆,之後一層層大大塊蛋黃香嘅手造pasta,一層層肉香濃郁(無大量加牛脂偷工減料嘅)牛肉碎。

Tiramisu (8.5/10)
有水準!意式軟芝士Mascarpone cheese混合蛋黃嘅深黃layer,佔成杯tiramisu大半,相當濃稠、奶滑、蛋黃香濃郁。表層咖啡可可粉,底層濕身蛋糕咖啡味濃,配合得相當出色。

總結:主菜和甜品總算保持了灣仔店質素,性價比高,整體滿意。但前菜欠佳,太多人以致服務欠奉,不值為此大排長龍。
