屋企人話想食潮州菜,但屋企附近果啲都麻麻地,所以就去我之前係荃灣食過既心夜來潮,依家搬咗去旺角,仲方便😆叫咗呢個心夜一品煲 ($188) 食材夠哂正,有花膠,鮑魚,海螺片,花膠同鮑魚各有3件,都幾足料,海螺片切粒,口感幾好。海鮮食落都夠晒入味~傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙 ($86) 呢個蠔餅炸得好靚好整齊,炸得好香口,蛋味好重。蠔都幾大隻,大部分都好新鮮,加埋啲蛋都香好夾。黃金蛋黃炒秋葵 ($78) 一上枱好香蛋黃味,秋葵炸得好脆,而且食得岀有咸蛋黃味,都幾特別~勝瓜鮮甜白蜆煲 ($88) 今日冇勝瓜所以轉咗娃娃菜,雖然蜆肉係十分之細隻,但係煮出嚟嘅湯就超級鮮甜!娃娃菜吸收完湯汁就更加甜更加好味😎 美中不足係食到個底度開始有沙,但係整體都唔錯。
