嫲婆姑娘近年忙於湊孫,由去年疫情突然緊張後一直未敢與每天正常返工嘅小肥見面,等到今年細佬生月,襯復活節假期情況尚算穩定,即相約午聚,地點揀咗間佢個食家客極力推薦嘅「T8 Japanese Cuisine」。樓上餐廳位於中環蘭桂坊暗斜嘅一間商廈內,以木條綑邊嘅磚牆門面設計明顯走潮派路線。於門外量度體溫時,先望見趣緻嘅招財貓家族。佔用面積全層嘅店子主要分成四個區域,前方右邊為鐵板吧位。前方左邊為壽司吧位,均有師傅喺面前處理及烹煮菜式。而後方嘅兩間房右邊擺出二至四人嘅合併式散座。左邊嗰間可視為私人鐵板燒廂房。以壽司賀壽就梗係訂坐壽司吧啦!席上除咗有自用嘅筷子、餐巾及濕紙巾之外,仲附送一個可重複使用嘅環保口罩套。厚墊椅櫈十分舒適。服務生友善細心,出入座位時會幫忙拉櫈,亦有提供掛鈎擺放隨身物。午市餐牌分鐵板燒及壽司兩類,各有幾款選擇。三人揀咗包有沙律、蒸蛋、十件手握壽司、麵豉湯、漬物及甜品嘅「手握壽司套餐」($418/位)。其實未埋位,已經見到Kingsley師傅忙於處理斤兩十足嘅魚材,不過每件壽司都係續款即場握製及調味。餐墊上有塊濕巾,歡迎貴客傳統地用手進食壽司。全場嘅午餐清一色由沙律作序。沙
