好耐之前見到 @trymybread 呢一間滑蛋吐司專門店已經令我諗起係韓國嘅egg drop👅今次特登嚟到長沙灣試吓係咪真係咁正先！感覺上呢度嘅配搭新奇有趣啲，雖然定價比較貴，但個人覺得都幾值得一試啊！.wanted to try the soft shell crab and scrambled egg toast from @trymybread for a long long time now 😆 even though its slightly expensive for a toast, but i think its still worth coming to cheungshawan to try it! the soft shell crab adds a really good crunch to the sandwich 🥪 & the eggs added a nice silky smooth texture 🤤 definitely give this sandwich a try!.《軟殼蟹滑蛋吐司》$50 😋😋咁遠黎到梗係要試吓小店嘅招牌名物！雖然$50

《軟殼蟹滑蛋吐司》$50 😋😋
咁遠黎到梗係要試吓小店嘅招牌名物！雖然$50食塊多士其實有啲貴嘅感覺，但點都要試吓嘅！
影咗一陣相，軟殼蟹都仲係熱辣辣，非常之酥脆！而蟹肉同時都juicy有鮮味🤤唯一缺點係食到中段已經冇晒軟殼蟹，剩低嫩滑嘅炒蛋同生菜～不過勝在塊麵包都好好食，哄過之後外層肉鬆軟，再加少少牛油香！
