早前經過見新店開張,環境好靚吸引左我今次來食。餐店以法式裝潢,門面法國凱旋門地標打造得逼真,來到當然要打打卡啦。店內環境優雅有古典水晶燈和格仔地磚板,營造了法國浪漫氣氛。夜晚多食客想店內影環境打卡有點難,相信下午茶時段無咁多人前來會更住。美食味道賣相都唔錯,當中蟹餅最好食。牛油香煎蟹餅 $128蟹餅兩小球來得矜貴,外層煎得金黃香口,內裡百份百全蟹肉,絲絲口感咸香鮮美,令人滿足。擠上檸檬汁有助去除蟹肉的腥味,仲有沙律菜伴碟健康又解膩,整體好味。白酒煮鮮法國藍青口 $168藍青口細細隻肉唔多,勝在量多都有三十隻,肉味鮮甜唔會好腥,以白酒蒜頭紅蔥頭烹煮,蒜味十足。仲有四塊薄薄又香脆的牛油多士跟埋。香煎北海道帶子番紅花意大利飯 $188賣相吸引,意大利飯色澤鮮黃口感偏硬,個汁收到剛好,牛油蒜香味道還可以。主角帶子刺身級,三粒大大粒,輕煎表面,保留軟滑彈牙口感,味道鮮嫩甜美。仲有蕃茄乾和芝士碎配料豐富了口感味道。焗蘋果金寶配雲尼拿醬 $58面層金寶焗得鬆化,內裡果肉焦香軟甜,加添雲呢拿醬減低甜度之餘,食落更香滑滋味。外脆內軟作為餐後甜品,係最佳的選擇。
