香江花月出名係打卡火鍋店，款式變化多樣，擺盆精美，影相打卡一流美顏花膠雞鍋選用了半隻原雞，水滾後服務員先幫忙切件，雞肉十分嫩滑，花膠雖然細細隻，但份量都好多花滿園卷成花形嘅豚肉及羊肉，粉量好多都仲好好味呀七色丸好別緻既木架放咗七種顏色肉丸每一粒肉丸都唔同色，有黑松露及蟹籽，仲有好多其他顏色既丸花花綠綠蔬菜拼盤好大份，乜嘢蔬菜都有一帆風順賣相吸引，用秋葵當係船隻係上面放左唔同色既墨魚滑即炸魚皮食火鍋一定要食炸魚皮，香脆熱辣辣皮蛋蝦滑估唔到皮蛋加蝦滑原來味道咁夾，新鮮既配搭奇幻歷險香芳幻
