To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間拉麵店近期有大口仔主題，大排長龍。餐廳怖滿大口仔怖置，真係好得意，啲食物同樣吸引，全部都有大口仔主題。先有黑醬油拉麵配上大口仔裝飾配料，湯底濃郁，麵條彈牙，食落去令人滿足。軟殼蟹烏冬沾麵啲烏冬好滑，配埋軟殼蟹，仲有大口仔嘅樣，好可愛。章魚燒外脆內軟，餡料豐富。飲品方面，有巨峰可爾必思梳打同水蜜桃可爾必思梳打，清新解渴，果味濃郁。飲品上嘅大口仔馬卡龍更好睇又好食。最後，宇治抹茶白桃布甸，抹茶味道濃郁，白桃清甜，布甸好似奶凍咁。
