To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時食車仔麵除左配菜款式多d花臣之外，都唔見有咩大突破，但今次呢間餐廳，除左車仔麵出色之外，仲有特色既西多士，好食之餘仲可以打卡🍜車仔麵套餐有2～3同4餸，由配菜、湯底同都都可以揀。除此之外仲可以揀醬汁同多走/蔥，配塔千變萬化。配菜基本上有接近20款，個人最欣賞蘿蔔同牛腩，前者清甜入味而且食落完全冇渣，好明顯有精心揀過。而牛腩就非常淋身同入味，好過好多潮州粉麵舖🧇爆醬阿華田西多士（棒子醬餡）一上枱見到西多士上除左佈滿啡咖色既柯華田粉之外仲會見到中間有泡阿華田係度浪浪玩。用刀一切就會流到成碟都係，但入口充滿阿華香味之餘味道又唔會太甜，完全減低左食西多士既罪惡感。而且$40就已經食得到。質素仲好過好多打卡cafe。另外仲有一款爆醬草莓味，下次一定會試埋！⚜️聚來車仔麵📍深水埗基隆街172號地舖#foodie #hkfoodie #hongkongfoodie #hkfood #hongkongfood #hongkong #hk #foodblogger #hkig #hkfoodshare #hkfoodielife #hkrestautant #bestfoodfeed #insta
