To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次來到了一間非常有名的打卡餐廳——龍點心。這家餐廳以點心為主，菜品豐富多樣，其中酸菜魚鳳眼餃、馬拉小籠包和黑金流沙包都是非常推薦的菜品。首先是酸菜魚鳳眼餃，這個組合真的很奇妙。酸菜魚的酸味和鳳眼餃的香脆相結合，十分美味。餃子的皮也很薄，內餡肉汁十足，令人一口接一口。接下來是馬拉小籠包，外皮非常薄，肉汁鮮美，吃起來非常爽口。最特別的是這款小籠包加了馬拉香料，有點辣，但不會太重口味，非常適合喜歡辣味的人。最後要推薦的是黑金流沙包，黑色的外皮看起來很有特色，吃起來口感綿密，流心的內餡十分濃郁，味道非常棒。整個餐廳的裝潢很有中國風，氣氛很好，也非常適合和朋友家人一起用餐。價格合理，值得一試！
