首先，此”玉”同黃竹坑的”玉”是完全不同。食物，服務都在不同檔次。只有價錢相若.第一次來晚飯，點了7個 signature dishes. 不需20分鐘，所以餸菜已上枱。跟其他洒店中菜廳不同，會按照客人進食同味道上菜。所以，餸菜很快已變凍。菜色賣相很好，打咭一流。但味道非常一般。特別”芒汁脆蝦球”。炸粉同蝦肉來貨不夠好。炸粉很厚，蝦肉很實。這個價錢是否可以做好啲？問題在”鳥語花香”再次出現. 义燒選材位置很好，燒烤功一般，醬油不夠好味. 只有茶皇雞比較好。時夜，只有少於15人次幫襯。樓面亦只有二位叔叔。生意難做.“愈爛嘅牌愈要俾心機打”
