秋風起,三蛇肥,食臘味😂 今次先嚟個煲仔飯開個靚頭先!白鱔飯我來了!豉油王鵝腸 - 就咁食會比較淡(係咪估唔到呢,豉油王喎),不過佢哋附加咗個 wasabi + 豉油碟,點完wasabi 係起到個提鮮嘅作用,幾特別炸蝦乾 - 見幾特別就叫嚟試吓。蝦乾炸得過火咗,係好脆但食落有啲苦苦哋椒鹽雙拼 (鮮魷拼九肚魚)- 炸衣唔算好厚,個鮮魷正正常常,反而個九肚魚啲硬骨勁多隨時隊到個口好危險白鱔飯 - 白鱔唔錯夠油香,但最失望嘅係個飯偏濕而且食曬成煲都唔多覺有飯焦,作為一間主打 “香港傳統道地煲仔飯,由工作多年大師傅坐鎮主理,繼續堅持沿用炭火烹煮” 嘅餐廳嚟講覺得係唔合格無曬菜乾豬肺湯,哭哭~唯有飲胡椒豬肚湯啦~料多但胡椒味唔夠黃金墨魚餅 呢個好味道,墨魚餅夠彈牙加埋鹹香嘅起沙鹹蛋黃,配搭得好好p.s. 社恐人士表示可以用whtaspp 訂位唔使打電話好爽
