To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前係呢區做野, 成日都見佢好多人等, 但食飯食間得1粒鐘, 點食呀 今日過開黎上環出job, 2點幾應該會少人, 啱哂啦, 去試下點知, 係唔洗等位呀, 但都仲係好多人, 入面大概有5,6張枱, 張張都圍滿哂坐低, 共實每枱之間唔算迫, 係同一枱坐得多人, 手撞手硬係好似迫咁野食都幾多野揀下,最後揀左 豬頸肉, 魚皮餃, 雞翼, 油麵, 加腩汁車仔麵最基本, 亦最難控制嘅就係個麵底, 我對油麵都算幾有要求, 佢個麵底夠彈牙, 口感好好豬頸肉值得讚, 每塊都有厚度,唔會因為$8就薄切比你,雞翼勉強可以接受, 未係好入味, 魚皮餃都係普通貨仔湯底,我認為係車仔麵嘅靈魂, 呢碗麵當中, 我最欣賞嘅地方就係個湯底.我揀左腩汁底, 個湯好濃好香好夠味, 每食一啖麵都忍唔住伴小小湯.買單 $32, 咁嘅價錢, 仲可以要求啲咩? 味道已勝過一切, 不解釋!
