To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘工廠林立，美食無數，工廈餐廳更成為打工仔恩物。捐窿捐罅先知原來工業區開聯工業中心有間開咗接近20年嘅茶餐廳——番尋味。餐廳無論早餐、午餐定下午茶都有唔少選擇，粥粉麵飯樣樣齊，牛奶麥皮、特色漢堡包、小窩米線、泡飯、咖喱……真喺數都數唔晒，重點喺價錢非常平民化。芝士牛肉漢堡牛肉好juicy好香，牛肉濃郁，咬落去啖啖肉!紅豆西多士麵包炸至酥脆挺身，淋上牛油和煉奶後鹹甜搭配相宜，一口咬落去，啖啖紅豆美味無比。黑椒汁鷄扒拼豬扒意粉意粉份量好夠，配上黑椒汁，十分惹味！啖啖嫩滑雞扒伴以煎香豬扒，一道意粉嘗盡兩款肉類，雙重味覺享受。上湯菜瞻雲吞鷄配白飯這道湯菜味道鮮美，紹菜吸收了火腿、雞肉的精華，白色雞湯湯底、軟嫩雞肉與豐滿雲吞建構美味佳餚。

牛肉好juicy好香，牛肉濃郁，咬落去啖啖肉!
紅豆西多士
麵包炸至酥脆挺身，淋上牛油和煉奶後鹹甜搭配相宜，一口咬落去，啖啖紅豆美味無比。
