To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍諸勝堂呢間餐廳出名滑蛋飯,叉燒是自家製其實除了滑蛋飯外,午餐還有幾個選擇也是中上環上班午飯之選 位子不算多,所以繁忙時段有限用餐時間,也算是香港繁忙節奏的特色之一。- 自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯 $56滑蛋炒得出色,滑之餘也有蛋香配上叉燒是perfect match叉燒部分吃了很多次都不算是肥叉,是偏瘦那種贊的地方是不會太柴太乾,也算易咬不過叉燒和飯粒的品質不是每一次都維持到也是吃過偏硬的叉燒,和太軟或未熟透的飯大致上是不錯,唯獨這一點有待改善小編另一樣常吃是- 自家製叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯通粉 $48(配4.3牛奶炒日本蛋和鮮牛油多士)+$5 可轉奶油豬主要是忌廉豬骨湯是有令人一口接一口的喝但重點推薦是!- 熱 鮮薑汁奶茶 $20 跟餐+$4如果本身喜歡薑汁的朋友一定要喝,薑汁撞奶吃得多想不到薑汁配奶茶也是這麼夾 超好喝!冬天配上一杯真的無敵( ´ ▽ ` )ノ
