今日去開荃灣打波,就去附近食埋飯。見到「潮興」門口人山人海就梗係要試下啦。第一道菜係蒜香骨,一淡擺入口, 第一個感覺好Juicy, 肉有D口感, 但唔又會太硬。蒜味唔會太鹹。亦唔會太乾食完好口渴。第二道菜係辣子雞軟骨, 雖然係港式大排檔, 但係做起川菜都有板有眼。 用上指天椒乾, 大蔥,大蒜,花椒等川菜材料大火炒成 , 雞軟骨同平時D雞丁比較口感更可口。第三道菜係蝦仁炒蛋, 有時候越簡單嘅餸菜就越難做出水準。廚師工價十足,蝦仁炒蛋唔會太濕,雞蛋依然好滑,但又唔會太油膩。
