天氣又凍返所以D同事決定是晚打邊爐當團年飯我梗係舉腳贊成啦。湯底叫咗最傳統的沙嗲皮強芫茜鴛鴦湯底,佢個沙嗲湯底都幾香沙嗲味。我地仲好豪咁樣喺正式打邊爐之前叫咗個龍蝦刺身,澳洲龍蝦黎嘅,都算幾大隻食咗好耐先食晒。打邊爐配料就有好新鮮的蟶子,伙記叫我地湯滾時落淥10秒就好食,因為太熟會UN。個花雕牛又幾特別,D花雕酒好香,因為D牛淥一淥就食得,所以D花雕酒仲未揮發晒仲有殘餘的花雕味。佢個手打墨魚丸拼蝦丸都好食,好彈牙同埋都算幾新鮮,呢D應該係自己做唔係交貨黎。個韭菜餃都好食,韭菜味都幾出,之後仲再叫了碟牛頸脊,不過掛住食無影到,估唔到呢幅相影到少少。碟牛頸脊都算大碟,雪花紋都靚,抵食,衣家好多地方D牛都又貴又細,呢間OK。菜就OK啦,打邊爐點都要食D菜嘅。
