同朋友好耐冇見,好難得先約到聚一聚,當然要搵番間可以長坐嘅餐廳吹水啦,深水埗呢邊人好多,好多餐廳都逼爆曬,一等就要等好耐,咁多人等嘅情況下根本就冇可能慢慢坐係裡面食著吹水,係呢個時候,畀我地發現咗呢間火鍋店見裡面冇其他餐廳人流咁多,就入左去。間店好闊落,抽風系統做得好好,唔會有煙霧彌漫既情況,打邊爐都幾好可以慢慢吹慢慢食坐好耐都唔驚,因為我們都好遲先食野,所以都非常餓,看見餐牌有熟食,所以就決定先點了個炸雞軟骨再加個三文魚刺身,另外仲叫左勁多野食,叫到成枱都係,好豐富呀。炸雞軟骨先上,唔係好油。三文魚刺身都新鮮,厚切好正。見佢有龍蝦刺身兩食於是又叫黎試吓,刺身新鮮爽甜,椒鹽就夠香口,比想像之中多肉。火錮配料樣樣都唔錯,最緊要新鮮,叫咗黑柏葉、水餃、黑豚肉片、獅頭鵝腸、牛肚、牛舌芯、脆鯇片、本地牛頸脊同埋刀削麵,當中個獅頭鵝腸、脆鯇片、本地牛頸脊最出色,另外佢個黑柏葉同牛舌芯都唔錯,打邊爐就係要配料新鮮。

象拔蚌刺身肉質爽脆,搭配wasabi同刺身豉油食,鮮味十足,切成薄片之後,味道更加鮮美手工紫菜響鈴,快滾三秒就可吃,呢間嘅出品似係即叫即炸,所以特別脆口炸午餐肉切成長條形造型驚喜味道仲驚喜!超邪惡又香口又脆卜卜,估佢唔到炸咗之後咁正牛腩打邊爐開頭以為麻麻點知又無想像之中咁差,不過牛腩都係用黎炆好食D手打蝦丸拼墨魚丸都幾好食,墨魚肉好爽脆,丸真係唔同啲,食落好彈實,鮮味十足,口感一樣Q 彈鬆軟自家製三色餃其實就係水餃雲吞同韭菜餃,韭菜餃最有驚喜最好食,D韭菜好正萵荀其實係好Fit打邊爐的,爽脆又健康,唔好成日食肉啦西洋菜是我的至愛,火鍋必點啦呢間火鍋店的雞子竟然有兩種,分別係農場雞子同新鮮雞子,呢碟係農場雞子,就係平時食開嗰種蟶子好新鮮,滾10秒就食得,仲有少少海水味鱔片好新鮮好爽甜,而且都算大片,幾抵食蟹籽鮮蝦滑好正,記住要撈勻D蟹籽先好放落湯度鮮腐竹打邊爐又係好正

今晚在火鍋店食烤肉,都幾過癮,個爐都幾勁,無乜油煙,基本上安格斯牛肉、牛脷、鱔片、羊肉片、蝦等等都可以直接燒,而且味道都幾好,始終D食材都幾新鮮。店長仲話有食燒肉專用的調味醬料添,咁都啱嘅,食燒肉如果點落咗辣椒絲蒜頭蔥花嗰D豉油真係有D奇怪嘅。碟安格斯牛肉都幾靚幾新鮮,切得厚薄度啱啱好,燒嘅時候真係幾香,入口又唔會un。碟蜆都幾大碟,店長攞定張錫紙比我地,因為燒嘅時候要先用錫紙包住黎燒先OK。另外什菌拼盤都係要用錫紙包住黎燒。呢碟係榖飼牛,個樣其實都OK,咁當然係安格斯牛小排靚好多啦,不過榖飼牛就平D。羊肉片都幾好食,勝在夠新鮮。我地仲專登叫份生菜去包住D肉黎食,會無咁滯同無咁熱氣。
