To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先, 有得book 台真不錯, 開頭擔心佢6:30-8:30唔夠食, 但最後都無理時間lu, 我奇就奇在佢地唔係任食, 點解會限時呢, 下次再問清楚!ok, 入正題, 三個人打邊爐, 讚一讚佢塊電磁爐板, 超正, 唔係用gas, 同埋最大火可以220度, 超正呀, 基本上160度已經不斷滾滾滾, 打得好開心湯底方面:叫左沙爹湯, 好濃夠味!醬汁方面:有得混醬- 生蒜, 炸蒜, 蔥粒, 沙爹醬食物方面(每碟$28):- 鮮枝竹(大大兜, 好抵食)- 日本烏冬(果然係好好味, 係煙un 感覺)- 韮菜餃(新鮮包, 仲有蝦, good)- 肥牛(一碟8塊, 少就少但好味)- 芝心牛丸($38, 唔錯, 勁大碟, 有陳皮味, 但芝士有時漏了出來, 最後有點痴底)- 蝦丸拼墨魚丸(實左d, 可以一試亦可以不叫)- 豬肉青(新鮮, 有菜jin 底)- 安格斯牛柳粒(超正!貴d $68, 但勁大兜,應該有兩塊牛扒切出來咁, 鬆化好味!!)叫左一jar 橙汁(應該係果汁先生, good)最後埋單$420, 我覺得OK, 心郁郁要再去食~~

ok, 入正題, 三個人打邊爐, 讚一讚佢塊電磁爐板, 超正, 唔係用gas, 同埋最大火可以220度, 超正呀, 基本上160度已經不斷滾滾滾, 打得好開心

湯底方面:
叫左沙爹湯, 好濃夠味!

醬汁方面:
有得混醬- 生蒜, 炸蒜, 蔥粒, 沙爹醬

食物方面(每碟$28):
