晚同朋友去了有25年老字號的九龍城厚褔館食火鍋,佢地專經營自家製食材去做火鍋料。食火鍋一定係三五成群,我地一到已經七嘴八舌去點想食的食材。佢地款式多,睇到眼花繚亂,心大心細。先叫了幾款小食南非生蠔~~鮮甜又大隻秘製香炸松露餃~~好香黑松露味配上小小肉,炸到香脆涼伴鼠耳 ~~木耳肉厚又爽口,因為細細隻好似鼠耳朵,所以叫菜名叫涼拌鼠耳香炸棉花魚蛋 ~~魚蛋炸到香口,魚肉又彈牙又有魚味瑤柱冬瓜湯底~~比較清,我比較鍾意清的鍋,因為之後加其他食材去打邊爐,個燙就會好好味,而不會太濃。草菇同冬瓜熟透後吸收了牛肉精華,非常好食。瑤柱乾也非常多,把燙加了少少味道先。牛肉每日由屠房新鮮直送,保證每日的牛肉食品都比外面餐廳靚。雪花靚牛~~ 花紋又靚,肉與脂肪比例剛好,滾兩下已經可以食了。口感牛立方~~我個人比較唔食肥的,佢的脂肪紋比較多,而食落比有牛味。必食蠔仔牛肉餃~~用牛肉包蠔仔,食年肉鮮味,而仲有蠔甜味,皮簿,好特別呀。新鮮竹笙~~好淋,鮮嫩,吸收了打邊爐燙的精華,好好食。自製鯪魚滑~~我好怕食鯪魚滑有泥味,佢地是自製的,無泥味,又滑又彈牙,食唔到有魚骨碎。手打鮮蝦丸~~佢地買新鮮蝦,用人手打做出

原隻火箭魷魚筒~~魷魚筒細細條好新鮮,滾完食落口煙煙韌韌又爽口,有魷魚味,因為細細隻,所以可以一口一隻。

玉子豆腐同山水豆腐~~打邊爐點可以少了豆腐,我鍾意食佢吸收了精華後,又滑又鮮甜,又可以降下火。

我覺得必食的是佢地的牛肉材料食物, 蠔仔牛肉餃,手打鮮蝦丸,自製鯪魚滑。非常好食。
