香港人打邊爐已經打到出神入化,咩湯底咩配料都有齊,但有啲舖頭就選擇揀返食材嘅鮮味為主,而今次呢間舖頭就係主力食牛肉嘅一間火鍋店。店舖叫616牛肉火鍋專門店,取諧音”淥一淥”😂鋪面裝修而香港風情為主,裝修其次,牛肉先係主角。今次就唔同平時一樣咁介紹法,因為我都忘記咗邊款打邊款啦🤣🤣🤣但今次整體食落感覺唔錯;牛骨髓、封門柳、牛駝峰、牛朴肉&西班牙雪花胸肋都唔錯。特別係牛骨髓呢樣野☝🏻真係買少見少,細個印象好似係得,去啲舊式酒樓先至有得呢樣嘢🤤但個別都有一兩款就麻麻譬如係花雕醉牛.....👆🏻
