我除咗係蒜魔之外,亦都係菇魔,任何菇都好鍾意食。香港好似冇乜邊度打邊爐夠佢呢度咁企理,唔似一般港式火鍋店咁嘈咁迫。裝修走現代風格,不過骨子裡依然傳統,主打各式高級湯底、海鮮及其他特色食材例如手工餃子,仲要有好多不同嘅菇類做配料,令我愛不釋手。雖然嚟過呢度好多次,不過每次都冇打過食評,就今晚食完打返篇啦混醬 (每位$25)每張檯都有一盆混醬,任你由頭混到尾。有12款任君選擇,蔥花、蒜蓉、豆瓣醬、胡麻醬、炸蒜、洋蔥粒、指天椒、腐乳、南乳、花生醬、潮州辣椒醬、沙嗲醬。鍾意辣嘅又開心,唔食辣嘅又快樂,$25有咁多選擇,好!松露百靈菇野菌湯 (原價$98)凳都未坐暖,店員已經問 "係咪松露百靈菇野菌湯啊?"的確係,嚟咁多次都係要呢個湯底,一來我贏咗個比賽,獎品係一年有365個免費湯底,二嚟係呢個湯底真係好味到不得了。店員亦都好體貼咁放低隻小杯,等啲湯滾起之後飲嘅。湯味道清甜,每口都散發住松露及野菌嘅鮮味。另一樣我最欣賞嘅係,佢嘅湯鍋全部係分兩邊(就算叫一款湯底都係),通常打完牛肉都會有一層油,咁就唔方便我呢啲鍾意一路打一路飲湯嘅朋友啦。但嚟到呢度,我可以一邊打非肉類,一邊打肉類,咁就唔會怕油啦!

先叫一隻試吓,大概有7至8cm大;好快就熟及離殼,顏色由未熟前嘅奶白色變成橙粉紅,睇見已經開心,由於非常新鮮嘅關係,所以冇點任何混醬食,嘩鮮味突出清甜無比,爽口彈牙一啲韌都冇,好味到不得了,真係未吞已經同店員講,要多一隻吖唔該!必試!

由於大雄唔鍾意食肥騰騰嗰啲牛肉,所以店員介紹咗呢款瘦牛肉;大概有10片,每片都砌得好靚,好似朵花咁!顏色雖然冇平時嗰啲雪花牛咁鮮紅,不過都非常新鮮;由於無乜脂肪嘅關係,所以入口唔會好似和牛嗰啲咁樣會即溶,不過佢就肉味非常濃郁有咬口感,真正嘅牛魔王應該會喜歡

當然10片牛肉係唔會滿足到我哋啦!所以再encore另一款牛,今次揀美國牛頸脊!廚師亦都好有心思咁將每片牛肉捲埋,顏色鮮艷,肉質豐腴,味道甘美,質感較牛後腹肉有彈性,不過肉味就冇人哋咁濃郁喇

人少嘅可以叫半份。羊肚菌貴為世界四大野生名菌之首,有一種獨特嘅柔嫩口感、講都講唔出嘅美味以及可愛嘅外形。喺屋企煮通常放喺飯面,煮完嘅飯都清香無比,令人一試難忘。打邊爐嘅配料用羊肚菌就比較少見,始終價錢冇其他菇類咁親民,既然呢度用咁刁鑽嘅羊肚菌包餃子,咁梗係值得試試啦!材料用咗原粒羊肚菌、西班牙黑毛豬,仲加咗鮮蝦吊味,口感滑身,層次夠晒豐富,所以每次都必叫!

腐皮化身為福袋,入面包住切得幼細嘅菇粒,菇香撲鼻,諗返起到好想食;菇嘅吸汁能力極強,可盡吸菇湯嘅精華,菇上加菇,好味到不得了!

季節性蔬菜拼盤($98)
造型可愛,成個小盆栽咁樣;有菜心、娃娃菜、生菜、蘿蔔及南瓜,將整個盆都塞到滿滿;每次食到最尾先食菜,總係食唔晒... 唯有打包,可能打邊爐打到打包有啲奇怪,不過呢度嘅打包服務係超窩心。首先用一張保鮮紙包住啲菜,再喺上面貼一張寫住 "請存放於雪櫃" 嘅貼紙,再放喺一個紙袋入面,感覺好乾淨
