To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到打邊爐時候啦, , 兩個人打邊爐一定係幫襯快餐店, 試試大家樂先.嘩, 好多人, 差不多檯檯都食打邊爐, 等了一陣先有位, 要了一個豬骨湯底, 火鍋料有肥牛,肉丸蝦滑, 魷魚, 生菜, 南瓜片, 冬瓜片, 黃牙白, 冬菇, 金菇, 米線 (私人公仔麵及烏冬)湯底: 有味精, 好味. 火鍋料: 肥牛有3片, 好味, 但太少; 肉丸蝦滑魷魚一般 , 生菜/南瓜片/冬瓜片/黃牙白/冬菇: 新鮮; 金菇不新鮮; 米線ok, : 2個人share一個火鍋, 不夠, 私人加了公仔麵及烏冬, 好飽.醬汁:.豉油都唔錯, 但太少; 沙嗲醬, 好”傑”, 放在湯底加辣, 建議改用辣椒油, 辣椒油+豉油, 點食物正d; 炸蒜粒好香 服務: 好好, 加了2次湯都好快手加入10有兩杯青檸梳打, 好飲.
