To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期來雀局見呢度有自助火煱，幾十蚊又啤酒汽水任飲好似幾抵，所以趁天氣轉暖前又原裝人馬再來吃。跑馬夜人客都不算少，都超過一半，在呢個地點來說算幾難得。有幾款湯底可供選擇，我們要了皮蛋芫茜湯底，都有芫茜味，算係咁，當然淥兩淥再加兩轉滾水就咩味都無；火煱料都有幾十款可以選擇，生料如肥牛、金錢展、各式丸類及魚片雖然不是什麼靚貨色，但都算新鮮；酸梅湯、啤酒、汽水都係任飲，我們當然專攻啤酒，不過飲得啤酒汽水多又唔會食得落咁多野，所以佢條數都打得過；漏單當然有，但不算很嚴重，頭兩轉食物還算到齊，其後就剔十樣來四樣，好在已食得七七八八，所以都無所謂。連湯底茶芥加一，每人大概八十蚊左右，都算幾抵，如果九點半後入座可以再平十蚊。
