To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前聖誕節都係喺屋企慶祝，今年有啲特別，約佐好朋友一齊渡過平安夜。天氣凍打邊爐係首選，譚仔雲南米線推出一人一鍋，火鍋系列。一人一個鍋唔使爭，揀選自己鍾意嘅湯底和食物。最驚喜就係火鍋嗰個火, 到我食完一個鐘頭後仲係著住，呢個一定要讚👍. 某啲連鎖店未食完個火已經熄咗😵.食物中規中矩,不過呢個價錢，可以打邊爐，真係超值🥰一人一鍋72蚊位 ( 包一杯飲品 )
