To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咖喱雞飯,真係好難食。首先d醬汁本身以為好鹹,點知無咩味,系覺得好多油。雞肉有d硬,醬汁又唔好味,白飯又多,無其他野送。唔通真係餐飲送飯咩?入面有舊馬鈴薯,馬鈴薯好似唔系好熟咁樣,要到入面比較硬,又有中生馬鈴薯既味道。唉,負評。其實大快活d野食次次去都幾ok,今次應該系失準,但都無辦法啦,今次焗住要扣分。
