To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.  MC小姐一見杯Latte，就對個拉花相當不滿：因為實在太hea，「唔拉好過拉云云」，而且MC小姐也覺得味道十分一般。我的Cappuccino泡沫頗厚，但喝起來，不夠細滑，咖啡似乎有點點嗆喉，我自己就不太習慣了。

Classified大坑店坐落在一個靜中帶旺的小區，感覺本就相當悠閒，店內裝潢用木及帶點鐵锈的金屬，懷舊中帶有一份舒適。侍應服務也算親切友善，食物方面，我倆都覺得咖啡比較一般，不過當我看到其他客人點的Egg Benedict的時候，賣相差得令人吃驚，單憑賣相也猜出八九分食味了，真的很慶幸自己沒「貪得意」地點一客！不過留意到店內有多款不同的芝士，好像做得頗專業似的，下次似乎可以點些芝士來試試！
