To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚到九龍灣德福廣場稻香晚飯,特價餸又轉了新款,都幾扺食。香脆燒腩肉拼粟米墨魚餅 $58燒肉皮雖然夠脆,但略為鹹,除咗皮比較鹹以外,肉嘅味道都香,質地都夠滑。粟米墨魚餅雖然有墨魚香味和彈牙,但有些油膩。鮮味龍躉兩味 $128清蒸頭腩這道菜唔錯,魚身夠滑,用了豬肉絲和香菇絲舖上魚身面一齊蒸,令肉絲和香菇的精華都滲入了魚肉裏面,令魚肉味道更加突出。翡翠炒件用了龍躉片、翠肉瓜、雲耳和青紅椒一齊炒, 龍躉片夠滑和鮮甜,其他的材料都吸收了魚香的精華,整碟菜都覺得好夾。
